Quick question; while running test wouldn't your overall expenditure go up or is that a myth? Cause ever since I've been running 250mg test a week; I tried to cut for first 5 weeks and shit just went haywire especially doing cardio and working out 5 times a week; binging on and off too; so now I'm just like fuck it going to try to lean bulk for rest of the cycle.

androgens stimulate the nervous system.. if your TDEE per day is 2500 cals when off cycle, then when on cycle and your androgens are high enough your TDEE will go up to say 2800 cals.. one reason why tren, being a super powerful androgen, is a great AAS to use when cutting (but also why some people have a hard time bulking on tren).
however, low dose test does not really provide all that much androgen load. probably not much effect on the nervous system tell you get to 800mg+ per week.

I've ran 2000mg test per week along with 1000mg of tren and 500mg of mast.. thats an androgen load of like 7500mg per week. that was intense. my TDEE probably went up 1000 cals just cause my nervous system was off the charts . also didn't sleep for 2 weeks

So what's the deal with no sleeping? I'm having a very hard time sleeping. Is there anything other than Valium (not a fan of actual sleeping pills) that can help?

Also I always wondered, is it better to cut back to reduce insomnia to get recovery or does the drugs that high compensate?

whats your current cycle look like? is the androgen load fairly high? if it is then your nervous system is overly stimulated and you can't shut your brain off and relax, your kinda always stuck with the nervous system in a sympathetic state (fight or flight) rather then a parasympathetic state (rest and chill). being this is a chemical thing happening in the brain (androgen receptors are being stimulated because of the AAS) there is nothing you can really do to offset it .. you can't magically remove a bunch of androgens out of your brain. meditation, deep breathing, etc. will not work .
you'll have to generate a "band aide" type cure until you get off the high dosages of androgens.. you'll have to fight drugs with drugs to mask your symptoms .. so perhaps 50mg of Benadryl before bed, vape some indica , etc..

the real cure is to set up cycles so that they are not too androgenic or if your in need of a high androgen phase in your cycle (example being a body builder getting ready to step on stage needs to be in a cycle that is highly androgenic) then be sure to just limit the time frame.
When I ran the high dose test and tren and had my androgens through the roof , I only did that for 3 weeks (was simply to promote androgen receptor density increases) .. and yes the lack of sleep can hinder your recovery to such a degree that your gains cease despite the high dosages of gear . 3 weeks is the max that I'd say you'd want to be in this state.

an example of switching your cycle up so that you don't have so much androgen load would be this--
lets say your on a gram of test with 500mg deca .. thats an androgen load of 1000. well switch that around to say a gram of primo with 500mg of deca and trt dose of test. thats an androgen load of only 150 yet its just as anabolic as previous cycle.

having said all that ,, your sleep issue may very well be completely unrelated to your cycle lol

I think it's more stress than drugs.

    But
    200mg test e
    600 primo
    600 mast
    350 var
    440 boldenone cypionate.
    30mg Gw501516

    No AI of course

an absolutely guaranteed way to assure you WONT sleep is fucked up ambient temperature, too hot or too cold and forget about it, in ohio this really is problematic. excessive cold is really not fun at all.

maybe it is just me but if my day is going shitty I notice in general I'm way more susceptible to any thermal discomfort so that amplifies that issue.

If this summer is anything like the disgusting summer of 2016 ( I stayed up for 4 days because I could absolutely not sleep at one point ) I'm putting a fucking air conditioner in my freezing basement lmao. Yesterday it was about 90 and there was a 6ft snake in my lawn that I thought was a hose, and now its 60 degrees as I'm typing this, what a weird state.
