Never asked for fake compliments or encouragement. However, posting up two completely different photo's taken out of context to try and convince me that I gained fat and made no gains is not productive and I assume you know what you are doing and being a troll. Basically your calling me a liar based on a couple photo's which I provided. Getting in a fight about body fat %'s using an online photo comparison which is the most biased one I could find on google images is also non productive. Instead of saying something constructive and or offering advice you and that other guy chose to just try and tear me down. Your being a hater with nothing of value to add - hence being a troll.

Not unloading anything brother. Calling out some BS when I see it. I addressed specifically what my issue was with your comments and instead of offering anything constructive (again) you chose to attack me (again) and say I will not add anything useful on my time on this board (broad generalization).
