Had my third visit with the physical therapist yesterday. She still agrees it's a nerve issue and not a mechanical issue. Has me doing lots of stretching to make sure everything is the cervical spine is opened up, and of course light band work with high reps. Curling movement and wrist flexion is the big issue that she's helping me correct.
Internal and external rotation of the arm is still pretty good strength wise.
Stupid orthopedist I used in the past when I ruptured my bursa is fired, lol. I went to see him before the IMC people and his suggestion was for him to cut me open and see what's going on. No way I'm letting that idiot go on tour inside my shoulder for the hell of it, so he has been placed in file 13.
Rowing movements are still legit so the PT said if I can grip it and execute reps with good form, go for it. I just have to do my band work and baby d'bell curls multiple times daily.
Going to be a slow process, but I've never been the fastest dog on the track ...
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
