A tad. Don't think this is going to be a rapid process, but it is a smidge better?

2 yoga and weight class this week.

Took a hard fall on tailbone last weekend and It’s been uncomfortable to sit and had to pass on certain yoga poses and some exercise positions.

finally took a mirror to check on backside.

Really bulky and awkward, have tried them.

Frankly and I don't want to incriminate others, so I'll speak for myself.

Only an exaust fan built into my briefs would help on many days.

It's easier to just not eat.

How's the backside? Did it bruise you?

Buy a padded ring/donut. Used them all of the time for fractures of the tailbone.

Sorry about the tailbone; I.....I'm not familiar with most of those positions, are they from yoga or something.

Yoga. Pilates. PT showed me these too.

Cant sit or rollover that spot contacting ground. This too shall pass.

    Hope you mend quickly!

Yoga class this morning involved deep stretching in hip flexors, sciatica, hamstrings hit hard! I was thinking how much you fellas would benefit - so different from lifting and my body is loving the alignment!

I’m noticed I’m a better person when I workout. Drink more [emoji97], eat healthier and elevates mood, releases stress.

    Happy Saturday!!!

Hi fellas/Girly, nice weather here today for a change. No gym just now, had to chop the wee blast a month or so ago. Not getting for my sessions with work/ life there is no point putting compounds in my body for nothing.
Still pretty lean and held a wee bit off size so surprised really. Hope everyone has a good wk end.

My God my mind thinks oddly.

First off (and not odd) very pretty!

    BUT, what excellent sitting posture:
Considering the increased breast size (yes, an orthopedic / musculoskeletal issue waiting to happen)

    1. Her lumbar lordosis is amazing, and she is sitting unsupported!
    2. Because of her breasts, her thoracic kyphosis should be exaggerated beyond belief, causing rhomboid and trap pain non-stop. Not hers, perfect.
    3. Cervical lordosis, spot on.

This woman is the woman of my dreams.

Ok, I'm covered for low dose GH for a little while; hopefully it will be useful for getting this nerve issue addressed.
It's a hodgepodge of pharma.... Norditropin, Omnitrope, Humatrope, and Serostim.
Continuing with the high rep/low weight and negative only work with the left arm.

Yoga on Wednesday and today followed by 35 minutes of hiit treadmill. I wandered into weight area and did some clean and press.

My yoga practice is coming along nicely. I’m much stronger in plank and more flexible all over. This makes me very happy!!!!

I had to hustle to find it at semi-reasonable prices. Several domestic guys I used to get diverted Sero kits from are charging retail pharmacy prices.
I definitely wanted to have enough to use for an extended period of time; hoping it will accelerate the repair process.

I'll see your band work and raise you with the following:

Friday I was eating (meatloaf to be exact) and felt something crunch. Knowing from past experience that meatloaf doesn't normally do this I spit that mouthful out along with a rear cap that decided to leave without permission. Texted my dentist who's a multiple decades long friend and he was off. Said if it's hurting or sensitive he'd meet me at the office but it was not necessary. Said to come in Monday.

So, I go in at 1000hrs today and ultimately needed a root canal before he could then put in a post and reattach the cap. Still a bit numb....

    So there. I win.

I'm still waiting for the maxillofacial guy to release me from having my jaw drilled and tapped and the post installed. It's all installed just haven't been released back to dentist yet.
So....am I'm a trendsetter and ahead of you in the dilapidation department?

Not sure what will crap out next. Sneeze and an eyeball flies out of socket or I pop my neck and if flies around like in the The Exorcist.

    Glad you saved the cap!

My post was put in because the tooth split up past the gumline, so I still have to have the cap/crown made and lagged down to the post.

    Shoulder feeling decent?

Legs yesterday. Haven’t done the incline leg press in about a decade, worked up to a monstrous 90#. But damn, the machine agrees with me.

    Back today.

Hopefully an EQ won’t hit at an awkward moment, lol.

Hope everyone is having wonderful weekends

Not really in hips but yes in back flexibility...less curvature in spine and better posture across the back. Stopped crossing legs at my desk. Little life changes can make difference according to massage therapist.

Here’s exercises to address imbalanced hips....look a lot like yoga poses!
