Help! 5 Years On TRT and Recently Feeling Very Weak!

I have some Clom, nolva and arimedex on hand. How much should I take to lower my estrogen and for how long?
Also once I have HCG on hand how long should I take it for or is it forever also?

Is this Doctor prescribed HRT or self prescribed ?

I need reference ranges for the bloodwork results otherwise they mean nothing out of context.

HCG is forever. It replaces FSH and LH hormones.

You should also read the HRT stickies.

You do not need clomid, nolva or an AI

My ranges seem normal except for my estrogen levels are high. My FSH and LH are nonexistent at .01 My HTR is prescribed but I've also done other cycles so usually have other goodies. Doc just gave me test after my labs showed low test. But never educated me on anything. I don't think he knows squat because I've mentioned HCG before and looked at me crazy. My estrogen levels are definitely high looking at a printout. Everything is in the middle ranges and good.

FSH and LH will always be zero, if your doctor is ordering those then you need to find a new one because that doctor has no clue what's going on.

What are the exact reference ranges of your test ? Not high/medium/low I need to know for example Free Test range is A-B units. Or you can upload a pic of the results and black out your personal information.

Also need to know what estrogen test was ordered because most of the time the doctor orders the wrong one.

High estrogen is not bad - it's a common misconception. Just like how salt and fat was demonized forever.
