    Protein is too high - adjust carbs higher.

    I would focus on diet and put on another 10-15lbs before cycling to have a better base.

    I assume English is not your first language? Because, otherwise, that last sentence sounds like, "just tell me the answer and don't make me learn or put in any work."

    Protein- 200g
    Carbohydrates- 400g
    Fat - 100g
    Total calories- 3300
    Is it okey ?

    Man this is very basic stuff. Most people will recommend between 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. I personally eat 1.5 grams per pound of lbm. You have to play with the ratios to see that works best for you. You need to have a good understanding of what works with you before messing with steroids to maximize results.
