Man this is very basic stuff. Most people will recommend between 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. I personally eat 1.5 grams per pound of lbm. You have to play with the ratios to see that works best for you. You need to have a good understanding of what works with you before messing with steroids to maximize results.
