I’m not sure there’s really any correlation to be drawn about diet based off that comment. He said he did a 500mg/ week test only cycle. Well that 500 mg is gonna cause a lot of water retention and not a huge amount of muscle gain relatively. So I think he’s saying something that is true for a lot of guys. I know I personally looked “bigger” on test only but I looked much better once I dropped the test and the water so I looked much more defined
