Thaanks for the awesome idea! I think that would be awesome for me to start off with... I sure would like to do some squats I just haven't in so long maybe I should start off with the smith rack (the one one rails that stabilizes for you) I will see if my gym still has the 2 row machines up top, I hope they do!
