"Old School" Cycle?

34yrs old
5' 10"
8% BF
195lbs modest morning weight

Haven't been on a cycle in 6 years. I've attached a pic of what I look right now. I was planning on running what I've always ran... Every time I get back on here I'm amazed with how much more knowledge seems to be circulating so I figured I'd ask for your input.

Test Enathate, Deca, Dbol- 14 weeks total cycle length

Enathate- 500mg weekly (Monday/Thursday)- Weeks 1-14
Deca- 500mg weekly (Monday/Thursday) - Weeks 1-12 (My source sent 250mg/ml) Normally run 300mg/ML
Dbol- 40mg ED Weeks 1-4 - Here's where I welcome criticism, I've always had great results at this dosage

I've also got 25ml Equipoise on hand that I have never done anything with. Wasn't planning on using it, but I can.

I keep a clean diet and am wanting to put on weight over the winter to cut in for spring. Is there anything "outdated" with this? Thanks in advance for the input.

I can always recommend other things, but the old test, deca, dbol cycle is always a solid bet.

I will recommend throwing MK677 in because it’s my new favorite thing.

I have a buddy that runs only SARMs and is a tank... I have ZERO appetite and he had recommended MK677 to help... it's also the reason I had ordered the equipoise in the past... I'll keep reading on SARMs in general. Honestly I don't know much at all about them.

just to clarify , MK677 is not a SARM . its Ipamorelin, a peptide hormone (GHRP) , more specifically a growth hormone secretagogue . it does not bind to androgen receptors like a SARM specifically does .


as for your cycle .. can't go wrong with old school test deca dbol . I would run the Dbol much longer then 4 weeks though. I'd go 8.
at week 6 you could probably benefit from adding some of that EQ in as well .

well half way through the cycle its not a bad idea to either rotate compounds or up the dosages . in your case , just to keep things simple rather then messing with phase cycling or compound rotation (thats the type of cycling approach I preach around here all the time),, you can either bump your test up to say 800 or more , OR being you have the EQ on hand simply add that in at like 500mg per week , then just run it the duration of your cycle .

as for MK677 . think of it like HGH . your going to run it off and on most of the year if you can . even during off cycle times.. however during volumization and mass gaining phases its generally always in the mix .. but never generally have it in the mix for cutting phases (hgh itself is way better there)

It depends. I cruise and blast. I have low test so I cruise when off cycle at about 150. Others are younger and go completely off. It depends on what you feel comfortable doing. Do you want kids? Etc.

I need to get bloodwork before I start this cycle to see where I'm at naturally. My first cycles were way too young. Not sure if that did anything in the long run or not.

I use to do something similar. Now I don’t come off. I’ll just cruise on like 250mg of test a week for a month or two before jumping into something else. If it’s gonna be longer I might rotate a couple weeks of an oral in if I feel like I’m losing strength or size

traditional cycles like that with 'time on = time off' and a pct in the middle are the most least optimal cycles you can run for the most part (even though they are high popular on a lot of online sources) ..

this is just one of many different ways I set up phase cycling and compound rotation protocols . this is a way more effective approach thats worked best for myself , and lots of clients I've helped (from newbs to advanced bodybuilders getting on stage), and plenty of guys on the forums as well.

It’s hard to say. I started cycling when I was 20. I don’t know what my natural baseline was but I quit when I was 22 or 23 (life got in the way) and my natural test levels were still like 1100 ng/dL.

Then I was going to start again when I was like 27, but my levels were still like 1100ng/dL, so I figured fuck it I’ll just roll with what I have.

Then I got the bug again last year, so I got my test done in December. At age 33 my shit was 341ng/dL. So... I guess old age finally bit me in the ass. So I figured there’s really no point in coming completely off. I’d just have to run my cycles more aggressively to over compensate for the 2 months I’d be trying to regain my own shitty natural test levels, and I’d always be fighting a losing battle. Plus if I don’t feel like blasting I can literally cruise at 250mg a week for like $300 a year. It’s kind of a no brainer. I’m almost happy my natural test was shot because if it was still like 800 it would have been a lot more of a decision.

I’d just try to block in with nolvadex (10-20mg a day), and maybe add some masteron in. The deca is going to make you more sensitive to estrogen anyway, and trying to figure out an AI at that point is going to be more difficult

19 nors are 'Progestin' based compounds that will interact with Progestin receptors in the body just like progesterone would. this can have some negative impact (like breast tissue issues) by overly sensitizing you to estrogen..

Masteron works well with 19 nors because it has the ability to 'blunt' progestin receptors and some E receptors, especially in breast tissue..

Honestly all natural. I don't eat half of what I need to. I've always creatine monohydrate and a good pre workout, but I don't even supplement with protein shakes like I need to. We didn't have a gym for a couple years and I lost everything. Muscle memory I guess.
