if you get a bit of blood its likely just from nicking/striking a capillary . its highly unlikely the tip of the needle is actually sitting perfectly placed within a vein , and even if it was when you went to inject the oil it would likely blow back out..
you may end up getting a tiny bit of gear directly into the blood stream momentarily (but not the whole injection). this results in a burning sensation in your lungs, coughing, and a strange taste in your mouth and perhaps light headedness . goes away in like 15 mins or so
