You cant get Tylenol with codeine over the counter here in Canada. Codeine is part of the opiate family( Heroin, Morphine,Oxycodone ect). These are all still Schedule One substances. Doctors do prescribe it though. They prescribe t3 and t4

Kinda. You can’t acquire penicillin without a script, but you won’t go to jail for having it without one. Same thing with our commonly used ancils, like Adex, Asin, Caber, Cialis, etc.

Testosterone on the other hand, being a schedule 3, can get you time for possessing it without said prescription in the US.

Getting test off the list it is on will not make it where you can buy it over the counter. I am sure it would still need a script. Maybe like an antibiotic. But Dr.s wouldn't have to jump through so many hoops and it would cost insurance less too I would think. Which could help bring down insurance premiums for all.

Actually that is a damn good comparison. Holding an antibiotic without a script likely just results in giving up the drugs, if LE even opts to enforce it. Right now, test I THINK can get you a felony charge. No, it isn't often enforced, but you never know when you will get a Barney Fife. Decriminalization may not mean OTC, but it does remove a ridiculous potential penalty from a fairly innocent substance. Mind you, I'm in favor of legalizing pot, too, for many of the same reasons.

But I'm no attorney though...
