Number one she should make her own account, if only just to read and not post. You should not be taking responsibility for her health. If she can't do that then she should hire a coach that specializes in female body building.

Number two she should not be going anywhere near some of the drugs+ dosages you listed unless she wants to end up with a clit bigger than your dick, more hair than a dog, with a voice deeper than batman.

Number 3 nutrition is way more important for women because they have a much smaller window of error (lower total number of calories). So every food choice, in every quantity, needs to have a purpose. That also includes the timing of meals and how it relates to her schedule, sleep, and training.

A supplement recommendation makes no sense without knowing her background. Is she pre or post menopausal? What's her hormone panel look like ? What food interolerances / allergies does she have that prevents her from getting micronutrients ? Can she have dairy or gluten based products ?

There's another 100 things wrong with your approach but that's just the basics.
I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Although I agree with what Windex has stated, I think it more outlines the problem without offering much of a solution. I’m certainly not versed enough with woman’s cycles/hormones to offer up a solution either, I do believe Grappler13 specifically trains woman and utilizes advanced cycle protocols designed specifically for woman...it might be worth a PM to him (if only to get pointed in the right direction).

And to Windex’s point, she should certainly start her own account as she can gain access to the “woman only” section and gather intel specifically from her own gender which I believe would be a big benefit.

Would be a huge miss to lead her down the wrong road. That’s a lot of responsibility and not to be taken lightly, good luck brother.

Thanks I had suggested she join the forum and gain knowledge .

As soon as I sent her copy and paste of the post you made she got defensive at 1st then I explained how you gents were the equivalent to steroid nerds (No offence intended) Just to prove a point as to how much knowledge you gents have . I thank you for the response and I think she will be joining .

I did have the same concerns as Windex but at the same time I wanted to be able to tell her something . Thank you for your reply and I have relayed your replies to her in hopes she will not be reckless !

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Way funny and she just hit 40mg of Testosterone Cypionate Sunday ......... She said her Libido is through the roof ......... One good thing is one pin should not hurt her and oh the bonus some lucky guy will get ....... She is like a pussy cat crying for milk ...... ........ lol !

Some of the comments WIndex left were for effect in some ways (Grow a dick , Body hair , Deep voice) and true in others . She reminds me of the 19 year old boy that is a know it all and wants to start doing gear ............ She has talked to a few ppl at the gym and got taken advantage of by buying fake gear and now she has real shit that can change her life forever and she is a gorgeous woman especially for her age . A baby doll !

Hey this is very random but due to my lack of knowledge ........ a real question kind of due to Windex post . I have a very attractive GF that is 51 ....... I am 60 and been single for almost 20 years and had experience as a youth until 30 when I got married . I have seen a lot of female plumbing and my GF has possibly the prettiest and most atomically perfect female parts I have ever seen ; even her perfect 42 DD's that are amazing . Her Pussy does not look like a double whopper with cheese ! My question is her clit is tiny and requires a lot of effort to get her going then it will swell as it should but still tiny and required so much stimulation that she cannot reach climax again for 3 or 4 days ......... Yall may laugh but would Test cause her clit to grow and possibly be more sensitive ? If not what would ? Would any type of oral help ? She has no issues with lubrication or desire so I do not think progesterone would help her .

    Any advice ?

I frankly like double whoppers with cheese...but I digress. In essence your theory is correct, but look into a peptide called PT-141. Might help you both out...

Topical testosterone on the clitoris - very very tiny amounts. Imagine you dosed yourself with topical gel and wiped it all off on your skin, then just pressed one finger (that you used to spread the gel on yourself) on your partner's clit. Start with that tiny amount and wait a day or two and do it again and then if you don't get any result in a week then do a tiny bit more. Don't be impatient for results and to push quickly - I am sure she doesn't want to end up with any permanent clitoromegaly, and women respond to testosterone very differently to one another, so what works for one might be way too much for another, so go low and slow so there are no mishaps.
