Therein lies the problem - no focus - Those are not goals - those are end fantasies. You need to take that and break it down into 5, 10, maybe even 28 smaller goals. Everything needs to be SMART

Time Sensitive
If you want to get to 225 from 197? Well you have to get to 198 first. How long are going to take to get there ? 0.3 lbs/week? 0.5lbs/week? more? How much body fat increase are you comfortable with?
Some time goes by and you get to say 207. How do you look at 207? How do you feel physically? How do you feel mentally ? Is your weight speeding? Do you need to tap on the brakes?
If you do not set yourself these small goals you will never be able to hold yourself accountable. If you do not accomplish these small goals you will lack the fuel and motivation to keep progressing.
