You can't legally get penicillin without a prescription but I don't hear people going around claiming penicillin is "criminalized." That's just hyperbole.
Kinda. You can’t acquire penicillin without a script, but you won’t go to jail for having it without one. Same thing with our commonly used ancils, like Adex, Asin, Caber, Cialis, etc.

Testosterone on the other hand, being a schedule 3, can get you time for possessing it without said prescription in the US.

You also can possess it openly and without fear of criminal penalty.

Calling it "criminalization" reeks of confirmation bias.

Carry some ugl in your car with you you dont have a script for and when the cops see it you can call it whatever you want.

Make sure you have bail money.

It is a criminal charge they will be hitting you with.

I have an idea. Put some tren, deca, mast, etc. in vials marked Test. Then we just magically legalized all steroids because they’re totally not going to bother us since it’s just test, and they couldn’t tell the difference anyway.

My friend, cops tend to get sketchy about ANYTHING in a sterile injection vial. I don’t care if it’s piss. Now change piss to “easily identified Schedule 3 substance” and you’re up for a lot of questions that you better have some good answers for.

Admittedly though, we have it easier than most druggies. I haven’t seen a drug dog yet that can hit on a sealed vial of much of anything.
