Also because the presence of deca when checking testosterone using the standard eclia methodology will give a false high reading. Deca is classified as an interference substance. Just use the LC/MS/MS methodology which eliminates the interference.

Absolutely this. I’ve seen a LOT of serum testosterones coming back at stupid high levels (10,000+ for labs that will even report that high) with even moderate doses of Deca. I’m having to do strictly LC/MS-MS since adding it to my TRT regimen.

Estou tendo que fazer estritamente LC / MS-MS desde que o adicionei ao meu regime TRT.
Sorry for my ignorance plus what is LC / MS-MS?

It’s a different test for measuring blood test levels, and it’s less prone to interference from other hormones.

A little more expensive, but not much. If you look at privatemdlabs list of available hormone tests, you’ll see it as Testosterone LC/MS-MS instead of Testosterone Serum.

And how do you feel since adding it?

It’s only been a week now, so I’m not seeing a whole lot just yet. I have noticed that the chronic plantar fasciitis in my left foot has shut up after two years, and I’m seeing less sciatic annoyance in my right hip. I can only assume this is the Deca starting to knock down the chronic inflammation in both sets of joints.

I absolutely will. My plan is to have the Deca in place at TRT levels for at least 4-6 weeks before starting my upcoming cycle. Since this is my first run of a 19-nor, it made sense to me to go the therapeutic dose route before jumping up to 350mg/week.

It’s basically the exact same thing I did with my first cycle with test after finding out I was primary hypo. Ran my 100mg/week TRT dose for a year before starting my 600mg/week first cycle.
