Also on a budget. To convert in $, I have close to 200$ for food montlhy. It goes mostly to whey protein, milk, cheese, cereals, dried fruits (muesli). I find I do better on milk products than meat. I don't know how much cash that is to other people, but for me it's my best budget so far. Looking for methods to up it though, I don't think it is enough to cover the macros and micros for the body that I want to have.
