yep that fullness is from the super compensated amount of glycogen in your muscles.. when glycogen is loaded into muscle cells it also carries with it 3x its weight in water. so your muscle gets super full and round. 400+ g of carbs is plenty for most of us.
heart burn and acid reflux is super common on Tren.. stomach acid is a form of detoxification. your body is up regulating stomach acid as a means of detoxifying itself (Tren is a toxic AAS).. taking a PPI like Prevacid daily while on tren helps a ton
breathing issues are tied back to the amount of fullness your carrying. your body is storing way more glycogen, water, nutrients, minerals, etc. into cells then its used to. your also carrying more blood volume. this makes your pulmonary and cardiac systems have to work harder then normal.
