    Training is not the same. There's a YouTube video of Platz taking IFBB Jason "Broku" Lowe through a leg workout. Platz brought this guys body to a place Jason never knew existed.

    Ive seen a few of Platz training vids, just insane how he would refuse to quit especially on a leg extension for example
