I am probably getting that done. I found out they have vibrating rings.
Lots of pros and not many cons.

Though the only downside I see is pissing.

First few months u gotta sit or it sprays every where and it looks like u pissed yourself, it does stretch your pee hole and you can't bang for 3 months
