Low level amateur bodybuilders do possibly follow an idea of mediocrity and they will get results as such.
In general, timid spirits dont shoot random chemicals and unprescribed medicines into themselves for the sole purpose of gaining muscle.
Coleman was great in his time. There are plenty of equals today. The crazy thing is the equals ate getting younger and younger.
