    Unpopular Opinion: If you are struggling to gain weight now, steroids are not going to help you.

    If I had a nickel for every time someone posts something to the effect of "yeah I'm eating enough" I'd be retired now instead of semi retired.

    I gaurentee you are not eating as much as you think. you do. Post what you ate each day in the last 2-3 days

    Ohhh, yeah forgot to mention this part with my first cycle post.
    I had to go from eating 3400 kcals to maintain my 175 to 4200/day pushing up to 195 over that time. I basically just followed the Efferding rule of eat until you stall for a few days, then eat more going forward. I also track my food obsessively, so I know exactly what I’m putting into myself, not guessing and using hunger cues.
    Unfortunately, at my current 206 on cycle, I’m closer to 4500 and still stalled. Thems the breaks my friend. When you have trouble getting bigger, the fork is a more important tool than the syringe.

    Holy crap! I eat between 2800 and 3200 a day and I was 215 between cycles.
    I have a tough time pushing that down too... I remember eating as much as you have to at one point but I don't know if I could fit it all in now days!
    Good job on staying disciplined!

    Edit: Totally forgot about height difference and the role that plays... Either way it still speaks to your discipline and work ethic to get to your size.

    Oh it fucking sucks. I’m dreading needing to increase again to get moving. My brain has gotten really good at resisting weight gain, by making me move like a crackhead as I overfeed. It’s made amusing by the fact that I was once morbidly obese and dealt with “damaged metabolism” from the weight loss for about a year. After that, I was back to baseline, and well, here I am now, and fuck.
