Ohhh, yeah forgot to mention this part with my first cycle post.
I had to go from eating 3400 kcals to maintain my 175 to 4200/day pushing up to 195 over that time. I basically just followed the Efferding rule of eat until you stall for a few days, then eat more going forward. I also track my food obsessively, so I know exactly what I’m putting into myself, not guessing and using hunger cues.
Unfortunately, at my current 206 on cycle, I’m closer to 4500 and still stalled. Thems the breaks my friend. When you have trouble getting bigger, the fork is a more important tool than the syringe.
