If 5, ur already got some 3000 + cals just from milk!!
And 2 of them should be... What u call it... Kefirmilk, culturemilk... U know, the thick ones with lots of bacteria in them. Also those the hole ones with 3-4 % fat.

Wasnt like this before. Must be my last 6 years with mk677 which has given me more musclecells.
Like marcus said before the evil got the best of him. Why dont u HGH and keep your gains? . Steroids are only temporary.
Dude was rigth. Upping your GH levels, Just a littlebit, over time, will give u a new powerfull weapon. And those extra musclecells are just waiting to explode when u fade into the lifestyle again.

I think 12.5 mg each morning and evening is best.
I like to run it 4 months. Then 1 month off. Some months just 12.5 mg. But on cycle 12.5 mg twice.
I see some suggest taking every 3. or 4. day off but also many who do not suggest it.
