Improve your diet to improve your immune system. Then you won't have that issue anymore unless you are having an allergic reaction to a carrier oil.

    Likely a diet problem
I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I get the diet question, but let’s not assume that my diet is crap. Is it possible that my immune system is fighting off the foreign substances entering my blood stream, and isn’t actually related to my excellent diet? Definitely not allergic to soy or peanuts, as those appear to be common in the oil suspension - both are noted in the manufacturers information (DutchPharma)

Higher testosterone levels may give men a weakened immune response to infectious illnesses like the flu. High test levels lower your immune response, could just be leaving you more susceptible to not feeling well. Could be an issue to your body and the carrier oil or the BA/BB. Tough it out, I’m sure it’ll course correct within a few days. Eat, rest and stay hydrated. Can up your zinc and vitamins B and C as well. Stay on the ibuprofen or Tylenol if you get a fever. Good luck

Much appreciated, I didn’t consider the zinc, I will add this to my regimen along with the C and the additional supplements that I take. I also considered splitting the doses more, and pinning more frequently.

    Thanks for your reply
