    I prefer always just going with pills rather than liquid

    When you say that you rather pills than "liquid". Do you mean injectables or oral drugs dissolved in liquid?
    *Edit* - Never mind, I misread and see you are taking liquid Anavar and two injectables.

    What I mean by pills is oral caps. That's how I take anavar, as an oral cap of 25mg each

    Thanks guys for the input but stats are as follows

    42 yo
    6’0 - 230
    17 % bf

    Been running gear since my early 20’s. Don’t know exactly how many cycles but a good many. I am leaning my diet now and weighing my portions and off the processed stuff. Cardio about 3-4 days a week and workout 4-5 days a week.

    I would say to go a little more down on bf and then run a cycle. You could totally run one right now due to your past cycle experience, from what I'm understanding your goal is to get leaner and add up a little more of muscle?
