Not well. Pushups, moving snow, turning in the sofa migth hurt. Its also shortened. And need to use thight straps on all push movements. I would say back to 60%. I think its permanent.

My thighs are bigger than ever. Due to the thinking prosess. I discovered something. Calfs and back are ok ofcourse. Raises build shoulders. No prob. Traps No problemes. For chest going ligth with max feeling 3 times a week with thigth straps, gets my by. Not optimal, but ok.
Tris, well, i go Piana style, pushdowns, lots of reps, ligth extensions and with new tatoos its enough to impress girls and non competing guys.
Bis and forearms no prob. Cardio no prob.
