Fuck up bad wo today. Just finished dinner and hit the sack. Wanna out of this day.
I really thought the tren e would getme by, even if i dropped cals and added cardio.
But No... Flat as hell, no pump and dropped the last 30 mins of my wo.
Maybe its to soon. Day 15. Maybe i should have waited with the cut.
And run LGD one more week.
