It’s an extra or early beat of one of the lower chambers of your heart. I don’t see how that’s “rare’ unless “rare” is used to describe the fact that it rarely happens while you are being monitored, which is good. Your cardiologist didn’t give you an explanation, shame on him. Considering the compounds you have been on, how much stress you put yourself through & the amount of exercise, I can’t think that this is out of the ordinary.
