    I only checked e2 and prolactin! Since I thought that’s what controls sex drive!

    Inaccurate. Only labwork can determine your optimal dosage.
    I don't know your bf%< but it is possible that a higher body fat % contributes to a low SHBG, which should give you a higher free T level and free T is what gets the job done.
