    Ohhh I see what you're saying. So hCG isn't actually LH, it just does the same job, so won't show up on bloodwork as LH. Thanks for that.

    Still related note though, I was surprised how much testes shrinkage and discomfort/pain I had earlier in my cycle. Is it a good idea to increase hCG dosage a bit if that happens and how much of an increase?

    Nothing is set in stone, 250iu 2x per wk is a very sensible dose but not! Person dependant. If you feel that this is not sufficient or your blood work says so then change it.

    From my own experience your testies hurt when they shit down and then when they start to function again. If your running hcg and they start to dull ache then they are probably starting to fire again
