A little while ago I came across these frying pans called the rock by starfrit... Bought them on sale and ever since have been cooking my meats or rewarming food up on them.

It would be a tie between that and my air fryer personally. Instapot also makes things a lot easier.

That's what I use to cook with prior to switching to cast iron. Bought it at Costco back then.
