Easy. For 2 months, never do cardio. 3 slow wo s a week. Eat shit.
Stil, your muscle memory and years of exercise will help in staying pretty ok.
Then start with cardio 5 times a week, veggies and clean protein. Max a mod cheat each day. If stil buy a wrap at the gastation at work. Once a day.
As Milos Sarcev, or whatever, said. You must have something to cut from.
Make sure your test is high. Min 1500 ngdl. And a lill growth. 1-2 units. (mk677)
Increase test and tren during summer. Possible add cardarine and other ppars aswell. Increase mk677 aswell.
Stay low on protein, u dont need much to maintence.
Then increase protein as u increase doses.
I really think micros are overlooked.
Well, thats my plan im pretty sure it will work.

Eat as little as possible. For experienced guys it will work.
100 g pro a day. After 4 weeks u will not notice.
