an N95 mask when bought in bulk is 58 cents ..thats it ! why is California short on N95 masks, yet had 10 billion in tax money they spent on testing out bullshit green energy programs that don't work .

my only point is that they obviously were not very frugal with their money and were more concerned with bullshit utopia dreams then actually taking care of their people, their healthcare workers, and their medical facilities.

heck the hospitals are half empty. and they still don't have enough masks . man they dropped the ball big time. live and learn. maybe they will drop the stupid utopia green deal bullshit and focus on their citizens and taking care of the health care system finally.
wake up call for the corrupt politicians there

Your knowledge on this topic is lacking. Like arguing with a ditzy broad - you bring up the random price of a mask that has nothing to do with the argument.

You say it’s just California - wrong again.

You say there is a shortage because they weren’t frugal with their money - wrong again.

The say having the hospital being half empty has some connection with the amount of masks - wrong again as the 2 have nothing to do with each other.

How the heck you think you know enough about healthcare to make the claims that you do is actually disturbing GH. I am starting to make this sound more personal than it is & I’m tryin my hardest not to, but you are arguing 1+ 1 = 3.

YOU are the one that said California doesn't have enough N95 masks .. ok I believe you. now tell me why. why do you have billions of dollars for bullshit programs and tons of money for corrupt politicians, but don't have enough 58 cent masks for your medical workers ??

A state doesn’t have enough resources to tie up tens of millions of dollars in stock that hasn’t been needed on a huge level in over a hundred years.

Whereas Even a nominal amount of masks would be sufficient for some hick states that have less population than some counties in my state.

My county in New York has a larger population than ten states.

Dude, he’s bypassed that argument. I’ve had level headed conversations with other members that respect the regional differences. There’s not enough N95 parks in high risk areas, because there is not enough plain & simple. Our facility has the $, they are privately owned, but they simply can’t be found in enough quantity. He has also claimed that the social distancing was not needed to prepare the healthcare system because he heard they were ready & prepared to begin with.

Treating isolation patients is a bitch, this stuff is not meant to be used over and over. They are stretching allowances on the amount they are used because there isn’t enough. Right now he is searching for some obscure fact that this whole thing is an exaggeration.

Healthcare workers should tell him and his gun-toting freedom fighters to fuck themselves.

The future employment prospects are much better For the field of green energy than the field production of N95 masks. It’s about jobs. If you lived in a state with more people than trees you would understand.

My experience online lately has been the more rural area you live and grew up in, the more likely you are to fall for conspiracy theories and general Fox News nonsensical grievances.

I would be careful. NY and Cali are two of the most fucked up states. I lived in Ny for 21 years and Cali the rest ( sort of).
Just ask the people that live there. LOL

I really dont know much about California, but I cant stand the governmor of my state, NY. I disagree with many things he does.

That being said, he is a thousand times the leader that Trump could ever be. The daily press conferences show it.

Cuomo is about facts and data, real plans, and concrete action, whereas Trump is about bullshit, hyperbole, self-contradictory statements, insults, blaming everyone else but himself, lies, empty promises, and vague platitudes. The difference is night and day. Thats why Trump stopped going on TV daily following Cuomo. His aides were worried about how poorly he looked in comparison.

fine I live on a few acres.. but most of us here are wealthy and well educated and run hi tech businesses.

I must be such an unsophisticated 'red neck' back woods swamp boy eh .. living in a million dollar house, driving any car I wanted, and spending most my days on the golf course conducting business.
and working out at the local country club.

I live in a pretty high tech well off area. we are far from 'back woods'

I did say something about being an elitist a bit further back. I guess I was pretty on point. That garish, braggadocious display of wealth sets you apart from most of us here.

I live on a 40' x 100' plot of land. I can smell what my neighbor is cooking on his grill. When I open my car door in the driveway, I always hit my neighbors fence. I'll admit that i dont have that much material wealth, But I am happy and consider myself successful.

My salary has continued all the while of this shutdown. I putter around the yard occasionally welding, or toil in my basement shop machining in my spare time for amusement. God has blessed me to be content and satisfied as a lowly government worker enjoying more blessings than I could ever deserve.

I think exactly like him and live in a duplex.
I have more in tools than a home though and I clawed my way here from the most impoverished place per capita in the US.

When I have a heart attack at 45 or 50 years old though I will have a fucking Empire. And hell won't stand in my way. I still haven't filed taxes because that's the thing I dread most is the US government trying to fuck a guy out of a self-made living that works five times as hard as any employed bitch could ever dream of. All because a bunch of socialists pussies I think they are entitled to some sort of cut from my Sacrifice. I am a redneck. I work in the city. I can do every single fucking thing you can accept better and more efficient and I could do ten thousand things that you wouldn't dream of doing. That's a fucking guarantee
