Anyway... Bs aside. My cycle is not working as hoped . Im pretty high already, 700 sus n 400 19nor, but im not getting crazy buff. And im not leaning out more.
So then we adjust. First go from low to mod carb. So im starting to add oat. Twice aday. I Just think i need quality carbs to fuel the training.
And up intensity. Goal is stil fitness abs for my ab tatoo, but i doubt it will happen.
But for now, up with oats.

Talked to him. He liked the idea. 2 days job he said.
I should come back to tomorrow, then draw with pencil at my back. Then copy to paper. He then had to tatoo by free hand, he said. I got next monday as tatoo start day. I gave him the freedom to make the most awesome pattern he could do.
I thaugth 5 grand cause my back is big. But 2 days, in Norway... 3 grands.
