Married life over the years def packed on a solid 10 Lbs. No matter how hard I try - I come back to the feeling of - who really cares?! I get sucked up on the regular 10,20 pounds or not.
When I really push it - which I haven’t in well over 2 years - I can gain maybe 3 pounds of LBM(or more like, water stored within the muscle) - then I pull back the juice & a tad of the food & that shit is long gone
