The flies felt the heaviest for sure but thinking I was starting to fry from doing too much bench.

All in all it felt pretty good! Chest, tris and shoulders felt solid but the stability muscles, tendons and ligaments felt weak and were shaking! Was just nice to be in there. Wasn’t crowded and a few old timers cake over to say hey and no one asked me why I looked so frail or small, lol. Weight was right at 240 after my workout.

Celebrated with two hamburgers from Wendy’s and a protein shake with some insta carbs (karabolyn).

Felt good to eat after a workout too as eating has been so damn tough. Love this thread BG and love the positivity direction the lounge has moved towards!
