It’s Just A Mask

I am not looking for an argument here, but wearing a mask is supposedly going to slow the spread. But I hope everyone does realize wearing masks is not going to cure the virus or make it go away.
Yes I live in South Dakota were we are spread out and do not have the huge cities like a lot of you do our largest city is around 250,000.

My nurse friends are huge proponents of masks. HuGE! There’s people saying all we have to do is everyone wear masks for 4 weeks and the virus will be gone.

True, but CDC does not agree that wearing a mask wil stop it dead in its tracks.

Everyone is so worried about a mask. Did you ever stop to think about the fruit and veggies in the store??
Wide open and people selecting and touching them. Are you going to sanitize them???

You’re right. Masks help but don’t stop transmission completely. Maybe if everyone stayed at home for a whole month, that would be a better solution, though not realistic. All it takes is one person to cause the same thing to happen again.
