    The gyms here are all closed. I'm in one of the "hot spots" of commiefornia. I had to get a biopsy done today on my throat, and the ENT was inside the hospital. It was a ghost town in there.

    Gyms in England opened Monday and going 1st time tomorrow to hit legs....
    1st workout back has got to be the wheels!!

    Our gym owner just blacked out the windows and told everyone to park around the back lol

    Our gyms have been open since mid May. It was the end of June before I could start back due to surgery but very thankful they’re open. We did have a mask mandate temporarily as well but it’s no longer mandatory at the gyms just other public places. Feels so good to moves some weights around again and feel sore! Haha

    The fitness center at my apartment complex opened again by appointment only. I've got 4pm all week booked. It'll be cool working out by myself. I'm kind of nervous as to how my throat's going to handle it since it's my first workout since having biopsies done to the growths on my tonsils.
