im just thinking out loud and sharing opinion, so alot of guys say estrogen is your friend and dont crush it and if your trying to put on more size and quality muscle then your going to want extra estrogen and water retention and let estrogen levels fly high otherwise in the case if you are estrogen sensitive you should keep them under control
so what is the limit for too high estrogen ?
what limit you should start controlling it
when to take nolva or arimidex in each case

I know others will weigh in, but I agree that estrogen is essential for growth but can also cause big problems if left uncontrolled. Sometimes it can be a tightrope and it’s hard to paint it with a broad brush. I get by with really high levels and no need for an AI but do get some bloat and edema but not enough to warrant an AI.
Makes it difficult to generalize, which is why managing your own symptoms is essential.
In my opinion, symptoms tells the story and bloodwork backs it up.

“Crushing” it isn’t the goal, but “managing” it is a good idea
