I used to go hunt with a diver friend and his dogs, near Lafayette, he used a spear with a vicious blade at the end. He like it so much that I never got to shoot anything until one time I said fuck it and as soon as his dogs were clear I shot the boar six times with my 1911. Another was a greenskeeper in Yulee, Florida. We used to trap boars in pits and feed them for weeks before having a cookout. That was real good meat. Sometimes we could get one of the real crackers to cut the balls off while we had it roped up and that made the meat even better.
