    Fuck, what doesn’t go bad as we get older

    I had my back go out now 2-3x - first put me down for a week

    Right now, I may not lift real weight - but, I’m back to stretching. After my last back issue, I stretch 10x more through the day - or at least I did, until I medically couldn’t for a month+

    So far, so good - with my back at least

    Man, these self abuse health competitions are getting - oh, wait - it’s me that’s getting old

    I had one like this too - worked on a car, wife said to watch my back since I was bent over this thing for hours - feels fine, wake up in the morning & I can’t get up - shit stayed around for about 3-4 days

    Both elbows are fucked. Right shoulder is fucked. Left knee is fucked. Lower back gets tight and painful as hell doing anything like squats, deadlifts, roman chair. I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels now. My workouts are becoming more and more limited as time goes on and I'm only 34. Fuck I thought the hardware would last longer than this... where's the damn warranty..

    I run a little deca for joints & I’m good - I literally watch my back all day - now, this thing in my head -

    Yeah man, I started lifting when I was 15, so going on 20 years now. Only been on gear 2. Did all the damage before the gear, apparently. I may need to add some deca as I'm off cycle now. The pains come and the gains leave, ain't that a bitch.
