Fuck, what doesn’t go bad as we get older
I had my back go out now 2-3x - first put me down for a week
Right now, I may not lift real weight - but, I’m back to stretching. After my last back issue, I stretch 10x more through the day - or at least I did, until I medically couldn’t for a month+
So far, so good - with my back at least
