Thanks guys I read all comments which are all helpful. I see that Test Enanthate has half life of 7-10 days, the graph shows it quickly raise in blood plasma 24 hours after an injection, then slowly taper down, repeat again pin after pin.

Despite this high level in blood plasma from every pin, the body actually need 2-4 weeks of continuous use because the body simply recognize the exogenous hormone so slow? that's why it takes time to kick-in? or the exogenous hormone actually get build-up/accumulated more and more week after week? still confused, thanks

You've got it. Takes a little time to get the total cumulative effect
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
