    You're 160lbs. I suggest you take chickendrol and stack it with riceron (the brown kind). You're 20 years old and you're not 230lbs. If you're not progressing anymore, it's most likely because of your diet and training. You should fix those before you even consider doing gear.

    If you want good gains when you do your first cycle (which should only be test), you need to have that stuff sorted out already. I know it's not what you want to hear, but if you have a little patience and do things the right way, you'll be happier with the results.

    That's what ive been eating for the past 2 years , one cheat meal a week , eggs with oatmeal in the morning , rice with no sauce + chicken 3 times a day and i end up eating some soup before i go to bed , 5-6 meals a day. I appreciate u taking the time to answer my question. Thanks bro
