slightly off the original topic but since stretching was mentioned

i started doing a lot of it past few months, mostly legs, hips and groin

i was getting low back pain for the first time in my life and after some thought suspected ham inflexibility the cause

the pain went away and the shape of my legs changed to

now that i'm on cycle they've responded more than before in other cycles too

i figure by increasing my range of motion i now stimulate more fibers

When you are outside of the gym, how well are you actually resting? More importantly, how good is your sleep?

How many sets total? So many variables it’s hard to say. Muscles grow when they’re rested.

AAS enable us to over train but there’s a point of diminishing returns as well. Again, it’s such a hard thing to broad brush. If you’re feeling achy and tired, it’s best just to listen to your body and not over do it.
