California Sues to Force Federal Government to Violate Second Amendment

I can't summarize this, you'll have to try to wade through it yourself. I get that they want the ATF to outlaw sale of 80% components (and they lie through their teeth referring to a "ghost gun epidemic") but the rest of their rationale is so discombobulated that I could swear it was written by Professor Irwin Corey.
