Now as far as your test E for 2 years goes, you can't possibly be getting any strength or muscle growth gains still. Those must've tapered off a long time ago.
What I'd do is either put together an aggressive PCT or switch to blasting and cruising (and do a very long cruise). With either route you go, I'd get some bloodwork done. Contact the Red Cross about making a "Power Red Donation."
