If you dont run that with some gear your gonna burn yourself up. And i mean alot of gear at least 500mg test ...something to preserve tissue..I tried clen and t3 one time....never will do that again ill just be fat

The last time I "cycled" was Feb this year I guess, 4 weeks of test e then the country locked down so had to quit that mid way. Did PCT and everything still so I was fine and now I feel the same as I was on test, but I wanted to stay this way instead of running test again. I had a proper cycle last year though and it was an 8 week first cycle with amazing results, now, I kinda want to stay natty
Which is why I am just eyeing clen and t3 and not aything else or I would have ran test-e, clen and stana.
So only one of the two then it seems
You can run clen/t3 without gear it just isn’t recommended much bc you will lose muscle mass. If you just want the really lean look then thats fine, I personally would have rather have 20” arms and a 35” waist as have 15” arms and 29” waist... i have different preferences.
When i did the clen/t3 combo i felt jittery all the time it didnt feel right . Diet needs to be on point also. I dont have alot of experience with clen t3/4 so others can vouch
T3 raise the metabolism of everything in body so you will be losing muscle and fat both . As cuz said use atleast 500 mg of test ew and taper up t3 from 25mcg to 50 mcg back to 25mcg and then 12.5 mcg for 6 to 8 weeks with proper diet cardio and training you will be good to go and prob wont even need clen .
I don't want to run any anabolics this time around. I am trying to stay as natty as possible which is why only considering clen or t3.
I understand I will be losing muscle too unless I eat high protein and lift consistently which will have only a little effect compared to an anabolic supporter
