We did get pregnant(our second my third) but it was after 9-10 clomid months for her and two failed IVF’s. I stopped TRT maybe on month 4 of her clomid, and I started again after the first IVF as they had enough to freeze for something like 8 more tries which we knew we weren’t going to do that many. It’s a complex story but the second IVF we miscarried at 11 weeks and they did the procedure where they cleaned everything out(brain fart at the moment but it’s common). We agreed to stop trying as she has been 110% effort and pressure on herself since the beginning. As soon as we could have sex again(we weren’t able to since the IVF, then while she was pregnant as it’s iffy the first 12 weeks and then like another 4 after the miscarry) so needless to say as soon as we could we banged it out 2-3 times a day for 10-14 days straight and during that time we got pregnant naturally. With pcos and endometriosis there is no times ovulation and every period is different so planning is impossible and naturally conceiving is nearly impossible. I’m chalking it up to relaxing and easing the pressure, it’s hard to do but there are countless stories out there about getting pregnant after you stop trying.

Holy shit!!!!!! What a rollercoaster ride but I'm super happy you were successful. I can only imagine the difficulty in all that happened prior but in the end it all worked out. I haven't had a sperm analysis done yet but I have a referral to an endo so I'm going to call on Monday and see if I can get in to see him. I've taken home male fertility tests 2 times now and it's come up negative. I haven't taken one in over a month and will do another one next month if she isn't pregnant by then if I'm still waiting to meet with the endo. My first wife we decided to try and BOOM done. This time not so much.
