    He’s recommending you don’t throw the full pharmacy at yourself when all you’ve done is 400 test once. Increase usage slowly.

    If you want to run primo keep test at a replacement level dosage.

    IMO: Things like T3 and clen are for people who are already at extremely low bodyfat%.

    Using stimulants will only decrease your body fat while you are using them.
    When you stop using them then you will put the weight back on.

    Being that you are at 19% bodyfat...
    You need to learn how to diet properly.
    Diets are a permanent lifestyle change.

    Think of this as a marathon not a sprint.
