    You appear pretty lean.
    Mean hold fat in their abs and chest. It is just the way of the world.

    Some guys have rounded pec muscles and some guys have more squared off chest muscles. It is what it is.
    Just like some have long bicep bellies and some have small bicep bellies.

    I think you are being overly critical on yourself.

    Do you have any lumps behind your nipples?

    Yeah, my Biceps is long type too... Doesn't have that agressive look...
