    I've got a stash of all kinds of stuff but always fall back to those three items. They simply work.
    What is the var for? strength, muscle growth, recovery, all of the above??? How much is a minimal dose?

    D. All of the above which is why it's so great. When I've been recovering from injuries (both ham tears, shoulder tear) I've run it (scripted) at a low 20 mgs and still easily feel it.

    Re "semi-divorcing" tren then the natural choice would be deca as tren is basically a derivative of deca.

    The one time I tried deca was a disaster...
    My biggest cycle ever by far...
    500 test 500 tren 200? deca
    My brother got cancer. (He's fine.)
    We drank for a week. I lactated.

    I've never done a cycle close to that again.

    Was thinking 400 test 200 mast 200 deca for a blast.

    Was thinking of cruising at 100 test 100 deca 100 mast.

    Maybe I'll get some var and throw in 20/day on the blast and cruise.

    I could try 40 on the blast but I fear the dreaded back pump.
    (If the pump stops you from working out then what good is it?)

    Do you get back pumps from var?

    Today I had everything pumps from the Var! Arm day, I thought they might explode, lol. I pushed through. Luckily my shoulder hurts from yesterday’s DHB shot so the pump was an afterthought lol

    How’s it going? Feeling like self mutilation at this point...

    The pumps aren’t killers, I actually like them. I’m running 50 currently (25 BID)
